1. Cancellation Policy:
Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel their service subscriptions or projects by notifying us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle or project phase. Cancellations should be made through Email or through Intimating our Representative, as per the service and the nature of delivery.
Immediate Cancellation: In cases where the project has not yet begun or no significant work has been undertaken, immediate cancellation may be possible. Please contact our support team for assistance.
1.1 Service cancellations: The request should include your name, contact information, service details, and the reason for cancellation.
1.2 Depending on the nature and stage of the service, cancellation requests may be subject to the above conditions, including but not limited to the specific terms and conditions of the project, service, or the product delivery, that are discussed as the Scope and Deliverables, finalized during the initiation of a contract (verbally or written format).
1.3 The Consultancy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services at its sole discretion. In such cases, the Consultancy will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected clients and provide alternative arrangements or a refund, as applicable.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. The Consultancy will make reasonable efforts to process refunds within 28 business days from the date of the approved refund request.
2.2 Depending on the type of service, the following refund policies apply.
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are applicable for prepaid services or products that have not been delivered or initiated.
- Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 28 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where work has already been initiated, partial refunds may be provided proportional to the work not completed.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
- Certain services, particularly those involving significant upfront costs or third-party engagements, may be non-refundable. These include but are not limited to domain registrations, SSL certificates, and specific consultancy services.
4. Modifications to Services:
- If you wish to modify the scope or nature of the services availed, please contact us. We will endeavor to accommodate your needs, subject to feasibility and any additional costs.
5. Disputes:
