However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation of Services

1.1 Service cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our designated contact form on the Website. The request should include your name, contact information, service details, and the reason for cancellation.

1.2 Depending on the nature and stage of the service, cancellation requests may be subject to certain conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Consultancy Services: Cancellation requests for consultancy services must be made at least 14 business days prior to the scheduled service delivery date. Any cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Training Programs: Cancellation requests for training programs must be made at least 7 business days prior to the start of the program. Refunds for cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be provided.

  • Product Evaluation and Review: Cancellation requests for product evaluation and review services may be subject to specific terms outlined in the agreement between the Consultancy and the client.

1.3 The Consultancy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services at its sole discretion. In such cases, the Consultancy will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected clients and provide alternative arrangements or a refund, as applicable.

Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. The Consultancy will make reasonable efforts to process refunds within 28 business days from the date of the approved refund request.

2.2 Depending on the type of service, the following refund policies apply:

  • Consultancy Services: Refunds for cancelled consultancy services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the stage of the service and any expenses incurred by the Consultancy up to that point.

  • Training Programs: Refunds for cancelled training programs may be subject to a deduction of an administrative fee. The specific fee amount will be communicated during the cancellation process.

  • Product Evaluation and Review: Refunds for product evaluation and review services may be subject to specific terms outlined in the agreement between the Consultancy and the client.

2.3 In the event that the Consultancy fails to deliver a service in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions, a full refund or an alternative arrangement will be offered, depending on the client’s preference and the feasibility of providing an alternative.

No Refund Policy

3.1 Certain services offered by the Consultancy may be non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, digital downloads, access to proprietary content, and one-time assessment or analysis services. Such services will be clearly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
